Bionico is a creation of Mexican street food. It is very popular because it is both easy to make and delicious. Upgrade the recipe with our Tequila donuts!
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 pot of tequila flavoured donuts
- 2 cup of plain yogourt
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp of donut syrup
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of grated coconut
- 1/4 cup of granola
- 1 cup of red grapes (seedless)
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sliced bananas
PREPARATION :
- prepare the cream: mix the yogurt + condensed milk + 2 tbsp of the donut syrup
- place a little of this cream in bowls
- garnish with cut fruits and tequila donuts
- pour the rest of the cream over the fruit
- sprinkle with granola, grated coconut etc.
SUGGESTION:
